Questions we hear every week

Do we need to change our current software?

Usually not. We build on the tools you already use, such as your CRM, email, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, accounting software and WhatsApp. We only recommend a new tool when it clearly pays for itself.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope, but we always start with the process that has the highest impact. The first automations typically go live within a few weeks of the Improvement Blueprint being agreed.

Is our data safe?

Data protection is part of every design decision. We use the minimum access needed, keep data in your systems wherever possible, choose AI services that do not train on your data, and align our work with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

Do we need technical staff?

No. We handle the design, build and integration. Your team needs to know its own processes. We train users and document everything, so nobody depends on a single technical person.

What does the free discovery call include?

A 30–45 minute call in which we understand your business, identify the processes with the biggest automation potential and recommend clear next steps. There is no cost and no obligation.

Do you come to our office?

Yes. We believe automation should be designed where the work happens. The Systems Audit, key workshops and team training take place on-site at your office, anywhere in the UAE. Day-to-day progress updates can happen online or on WhatsApp, as you prefer.

Do you work outside Sharjah and Dubai?

Yes. We are licensed in Sharjah and work with companies across all seven Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. We visit clients on-site across the Emirates for audits, workshops and training.

How much does a project cost?

Every project is tailored, so we do not publish fixed prices. After the free discovery call we can give you a clear proposal for the Systems Audit and, after that, a fixed scope for implementation.

Who owns the automations you build?

You do. Automations run in accounts owned by your company, and you receive full documentation. You are never locked in.
